Regardless of any other feature offered, the most important service a store can offer is good customer service. Streamaster's customer service is simply outstanding - it just works! I purchased a Sony Bravia KDL40HX800 off these guys and unlike many other stores who just want the sale, Streamaster staff actually took the time to answer my questions correctly (not a best guess, just hurry up and buy it reply so often found at bigger chain stores). A refreshing change to the big store mentality. I will definitely shop there again as they deserve good customer loyalty.
