I purchased a media tank from Streamaster - and ran into some problems with it, some of which may have been due to my home media set-up, and some due to the media tank itself.
Streamaster gave a lot of assistance in the way of advice, and in allowing me to exchange the unit for another as a way of overcoming the problems.
When problems persisted, they obliged by allowing me to return the unit for a full refund (as long as it was in an 'as new' state, which it was.
I would not hesitate in making purchases from them in the future.
