Ordered epson consumables from the shop. Some items were on back order. ETA was moving every day. Order status was not updated on their web site. a month later received a parcel with order status still being "waiting"; at the time i was overseas and as i had no notifications sent to me i was unable to pick up the parcel which went back. Then the shop has canceled my order and refunded cost minus shipping. As a result i was waiting for a month, didn't get what I've ordered and lost $12 - shocking. Beware they only accept credit cards via BPay so you don't have credit card protection for the goods not being received

Please note that ETA's are provided by the manufacturer to the distributor and we have no control over these. Couriers try to deliver up to three times or leave a calling card for you to contact them and arrange a suitable day. If they are unable to deliver the goods, they are returned and we incur a shipping charge which is passed on. You will have to re-order the goods in this case. The above is standard practice for virtually all internet stores. Please note that we have many payment options to choose from including Paypal, Visa & Mastercard via BPay (Only 1% fee), Corporate Cards, Bank Deposit, Money order, and Cheque. We happily refund for items with extended ETA's, and for goods not being received - as obliged to under fair trading laws. We also have a unique order tracking system that displays the current status of back orders in your account, emails updates to you, and pro actively monitors the status updates received by the system.
